is an entertainment company founded in 1999 by Emmy
winning Character Designer Dave Warren as a co-op for
artists, writers and musicians, dedicated to developing
and successfully marketing exciting new and original
content for television, film and new media.
In addition we offer production services, including
pre and post by some of the finest talent available
at a fraction of the cost.
From concept to delivery our Emmy and Grammy winning
artists offer a wide variety of animation and live action
services including traditional cell style animation,
flash, writing, design, storyboards, layout, recording,
soundtracks, theme songs, scoring and state of the art
post production.

DAVE WARREN
Dave Warren is a two-time Emmy Award-winning animation artist
of the television series Steven Spielberg presents
Pinky and the Brain. Other animation credits include
the Steven Spielberg produced series Animaniacs
and the Animaniacs feature film The Wishing Star,
Ralph Bakshi's Spicy City, Scott Adam's Dilbert,
Jamie Kellner's Camp Whatever and Angus Oblong's
Baby Farm.

SOSA
Ralph Sosa is a three-time Emmy Award-winning animation
artist of the television series Steven Spielberg
presents Pinky and the Brain and The Simpsons.
Other animation credits include the Steven Spielberg
produced Animaniacs feature The Wishing Star,
Baby Blues, The Cramped Twins, Dilbert
and the feature film by Adam Sandler, Eight Crazy Nights.

PETER GAFFNEY
Peter Gaffney won an Emmy as Senior Story Editor on
the first five seasons of Nickelodeon's Rugrats
(for which he wrote or co-wrote more than 25 episodes).
Also for Nick, he co-created Aaahh!!! Real Monsters.
As a writer and creative consultant for MTV, he worked
on Beavis & Butthead, Daria and MTV's Downtown
and story-edited the avante-garde science fiction series
Aeon Flux. He produced the animated series Jumanji
for Columbia/Tri-Star, and has worked extensively
with Disney TV Animation, story-editing Nightmare Ned
(which he also developed), Recess and The
Weekenders. In print Peter has written for Harper's,
TV Guide and The Village Voice and was an editor
of National Lampoon. In addition, he's worked on
sitcoms (including Married
with Children),
talk shows (Comedy Central's Comics Only, MTV's
Mouth-to-Mouth), new media (Club Dead, MTV's
first CD-Rom game) and features (The Crow III: Salvation).
In addition to SoSophie, Peter is currently working
with partner Japhet Asher on two feature scripts and
Rat's Nest, a live action pilot for the Disney Channel.
He divides his time between Hollywood and a home in the
San Bernardino Mountains near Lake Arrowhead.

TOM SHEPPARD
Tom Sheppard is a two-time Emmy Award-winning writer of
the television series Steven Spielberg presents
Pinky and the Brain. Other writing credits include
Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego, What's With Andy?,
What's New, Scooby Doo?, the Steven Spielberg
produced Freakazoid and Animaniacs, and
the live-action feature film, The New Adventures of
Pinocchio, starring Martin Landau and Udo
Kier.
A graduate
of the USC School of Cinema-Television and former
assistant to producer/director Mike Nichols, Tom
recently completed production on his film directorial
debut, Would I Lie to You?, a romantic farce starring
Brad Rowe, Susan Ward, Jonathan Penner and Stephanie
Beacham.

Michael Ward is the Grammy Award-winning guitarist and
vocalist of the band The Wallflowers. Other credits
include Buffalo Nickel's Long Play, Shawn Mullin's
